Kekz ships audio headphones for children paired with a plush storytelling bear. We built the device-management platform that pairs the hardware to the customer, provisions audio content, handles OTA firmware updates, and powers the parent-facing companion experience.
Hardware + firmware partner
A small Wi-Fi bridge that gives legacy offline Kekz devices an online presence — for analytics, content sync, and remote parental controls. We designed the firmware, provisioning flow, and the cloud-side device registry, with packaging designed for non-technical parents to install at the kitchen table.
Product & platform engineering
A logistics control plane that takes thousands of weekly Shopify orders, routes them across European 3PLs based on SLA and stock location, and gives operations a single console for exceptions. This work eventually became the seed of our Operations Manager product.
Solutions architecture + delivery
A bespoke ERP and financial controls layer that consolidates orders, costs, taxes, and supplier payments into one source of truth — replacing a patchwork of spreadsheets and third-party tools that no longer scaled with the business.
We also build and operate our own products — the same standard, applied to our own P&L instead of a client’s. They are not the pitch today, but they are the evidence that we ship.
