Amazonia Tech is a trading name used by both entities listed above. In Brazil, it operates under the nome fantasia declared in the social contract of MS RAMOS ADVISORS LTDA. In Germany, the same brand is used by Marcos Antonio Oliveira Ramos — Consultant, a freelance sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) under the Kleinunternehmerregelung of § 19 UStG. There is no HRB (Handelsregister) registration because German law does not require one for this legal form.
Any commercial agreement is signed by one of the two legal entities — typically the one in the jurisdiction of the client — and not by “Amazonia Tech” as a separate entity.
